Initially spending 18 years in a combination of 1st fill Bourbon, rechar and refill casks, the whisky has undergone a finishing period of around 4 5 months in Cte Rtie wine casks, a powerful and elegant red wine from the Rhne Valley. Malt Master, Stephanie MacLeod, chose the Cte Rtie casks as they bestow
