1960s French Couture Black Crepe and Chiffon Dress with Diamante Belt Vintage_Balmain There is no stretch toThis 1960s French couture dress reminds me of similar Dior designs circa 1968 1969; however the garment has lost its labels. The body of the dress is tailored from a lightweight black silk crepe to a shift style with a kick pleat in the front of the skirt and falls to just below knee length. It is detailed with cut out petal shapes which circle the waist and reveal the sheer black chiffon underneath. A thin black fabric belt sits over the cut outs and
