A detailed wide Art Deco border that has a mesh base and detailed with ribbon embroidery and couch stitch embroidery

The neck of the jug has a fluted wave finished with a detailed leafy transfer border that runs to the side of the handle too

I have a large bolt so several panels will make a lovely narrow single drape

When you hold the canvas to the light you can see tiny areas where there has been slight paint loss over time

"The Teahouse" (I have taken lots of photographs as a visual descriptor. Earlier this year I purchased a beautiful worn silk cushion from another textile hoarder. Exquisitely hand embroidered in silk but the cushion was imperfect to quite an extent in structure. The cushion I imagined would have rested in the most prettiest of bedrooms either on a bed or chaise lounge. It has taken a while to rescue this panel
