Blue Heart Filigree Collar - In Stock harness taken-by=firebirdleatherThe collars are made with three panels of leather. The black front piece is laser cut with the filigree design. There are two layers behind that, one for color in the design and the last to be soft against the skin. The collars are stitched along the edges with 1mm nylon bonded thread.
