I realized after releasing the Overworld and Underworld prints that they were being seen as more then promo for an old video game

Both of these helped establish the curves and contours in the illustration

The final layer features a shiny clear spot varnish layer of a mine shaft

Puscifer 12 x 32 – 2The art is meant to pair with my MMJ mystery planet print from 2015. The MMJ image is essentially the view from the northern hemisphere and the Puscifer shown here is the southern hemisphere. Musically, the band's are polar opposites of one each other and the views reflect that. Stylistically, I'm mixing photographic elements with a stipple technique for the rim lighting around the elephants and the long cast shadows. My hope is that the finished
