It is cut very simply with long sleeves

The collar is accented by a wide flat ruffled edging that circles the shoulders and gives the dress a little bit of a dramatic feel but not so much that you couldn't wear it for either day or evening

Hips: approx to 20" flat across from side seam to side seam

It is completely hand made and I love the floral design that is worked through the knit around the collar and curving around the back as well
