Port Charlotte SYC:01 2013 10 Years Old Single Grain located on the beautiful IsleMatured in Syrah casks, a first for distillery's cask exploration series, the result has pushed the heavily peated spirit to a new level. The heady influence of the wine works exceptionally well with the elegant peat smoke of the single malt, bringing succulent berries, sweet strawberry notes, and hints of warm citrus. A heavily peated beauty aged for 10 years and bottled at 54. 4% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration.
