Weve used barrels that previously housed Mezcal, the famous Mexican spirit made from Agave. Its complex and layered, creating a delightful interplay of flavours; notes of chocolate, dark fruit, and liquorice combine seamlessly with the classic characteristics of Mezcal. A light touch of spice culminates in a long and warming finish.
