Cask No. 39.263 India The aroma reminded us ofOn the neat nose, a heady combination of delicate almond blossom, shea butter, honey and coconut oil aromas next to balsa and sandalwood, plus fresh tea leaves. On the palate, brown butter peach cupcakes, strawberries with cream and chocolate coated raisins. Following reduction, we imagined baking matcha doughnuts with a cream and custard filling alongside cherry puff pastry pies before we made buttery, cinema style, seductive smelling popcorn. To
