This one is tiny - it is really too small for the mannequin - I cheated the tie at the waist - on a girl this fits properly it would not be quite as open down the front (but close)

The bead and sequin work detailing is all hand applied A wire is attached to both the inner lining and the skirt's hem to create and hold that wonderful ruffle shape of the hem

Fully lined in a [ale lavender silky rayon and closes with a back painted metal zipper
