After painstakingly selecting each barrel for its depth of flavor, the bourbon is finished in hard to source, Amburana wood casks. Over the past few years, we have set aside a selection of old and rare barrels. Upon identifying a magnificent range, we began a meticulous blending process to create the next edition of The Vaults.
