Jean Verdier [1889 1976] was a French artist, well represented at auction, known for his elegant and charming bouquets French flowers. This example nicely preserved. Some very minor craquelure as shown, some minor losses to gesso and light handling to matting. Painting itself measures 8. 5 x 10. 5 inches; 17 x 19 with its frame.
