Common names: Yellow Avens Family: Rosaceae Origin Distribution: Occurs in 36 states, including all of New England, and five Canadian Provinces. It has also been introduced in Scandinavia and New Zealand and there is a subspecies that occurs naturally in Europe and Asia.
