In its 780 ha, we find thousands of olive trees with twisted trunks, lodged between granite outcrops called barrocais. Its olives, of Galega variety, are harvested by hand using a traditional stick. The estate also includes an old olive grove where 6,600 olive trees follow a 12x12m compass, whose olives, of the Bical variety, are harvested through a vibrating process.
