Daguerreotype of a House 1/6 Plate northwest little boy riding his horse6th plate, 1850s daguerreotype, outdoor scene of a house and attached building or two houses. Possibly somewhere in the south, based on the previous owner's belief. Comes in a full, push button case with intact but very weak spine. The dag has some of its original seals left. It has a tarnish ring and there are several scratches around the image, mostly light, and mostly visible when viewed at an angle. I do not find that they detract from the image.
