The cover inset with a pewter medallion laureate bust of Napoleon, After Jean Pierre Droz (1746 1823), circa 1810. In good condition with a few very small pitting holes to the wooden base and stable splits to the side of the box. The tortoiseshell interiors slightly warped. No losses or damage to the tortoiseshell base rim. Some movement of the medallion
