Alex, a volunteer fireman in his spare time, kept his cool in the heatwave of summer 2018; harvesting early to capture as much freshness (acidity) as possible. The resulting wine is bright in colour and ebullient in nature, brimming with floral and red fruit aromas. Theres a touch of granitic grip to the palate, which adds gravitas. Drink it lightly chilled
