Piedirosso is one of the few red wine grapes grown in Campania, and not much is grown at all world wide. I Pentri grows this Piedirosso on mature hillside vines, without fertilizers or chemicals. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged in barrel and bottle. Unfined, unfiltered. Beneventano IGP, Compania, Italy
