The reverse is equally as lovely as the fabric has been screen printed by hand therefore the dye has penetrated through to the reverse in places resulted in a faded version of the front

Here in the studio I take great joy in mending and saving old boxes with care. They are re lined (where needed) with beautiful old French and English cottons and at times some of the original silk lining has remained.
